Booking Safety for Our Guests

At Mount Hermon Adventures, we want to ensure your experience is seamless from the moment you book until you’re high in the trees. We’ve noticed some unauthorized third-party listings on RedNote (Xiaohongshu) and WeChat, and we want to help you stay protected.

The information below is designed to help you know what measures we are taking for your protection, and what responsibilities you have as a guest.
How These Unauthorized Bookings Work

To keep our community informed, here is a quick look at how these third-party "agents" operate:

  • The Post: An unauthorized seller posts a "discounted" tour on social media.
  • The Payment: A guest pays the seller directly, believing they’ve secured a deal.
  • The Booking: The seller then uses an unauthorized credit card and fake contact info to book a spot on our site.
  • The Result: Because the contact info is fake, we have no way to reach the guest. When the payment issue is eventually discovered, the booking must be canceled, which unfortunately means the guest loses their spot.
Your Safety Checklist

To ensure your reservation is secure and guaranteed, please follow these simple steps:

  • Book Direct: The only way to guarantee your spot is to book directly through our website, mounthermonadventures.com.
  • Verify the Platform: Please note that Mount Hermon Adventures does not advertise or sell tickets on WeChat or RedNote.
  • Protect Your Data: Be cautious of any "agent" asking for payment via social media apps.
