Team Building Facilitators
We believe that great team building facilitators are great with people, so we look for previous demonstrated experience teaching, coaching or leading groups of people. Our Team Building Facilitators are often developed from our in-house staff, but we also hire people with previous relevant experience. We use an apprentice model for training our Team Building Facilitators; shadowing, co-leading and then leading under supervision before facilitating alone.
